All you need to know about INverurie’s B’Chic - the town’s newest ladies clothing and accessories store.
B’chic Origins
It all started after owner, Gail Frost, visited a boutique in Ireland, falling in love with the clothing on offer from unfamiliar brands and their relaxed, personable service.
Gail and manager Shirley Watson, friends of many years, visited together and agreed that a boutique like this would be a much-needed addition to Inverurie’s shopping experience.
The Team
B’Chic opened on 6th October 2023, with Sarah joining the team from the start with her wealth of retail experience, having worked locally for many years. Being an independent retailer, and keen shoppers themselves, B’Chic aims to offer choice and comfort: in terms of the brands and garments they stock, but also in the service they deliver.
Together, they enjoy creating a positive shopping experience, offering a warm welcome to customers and assisting directly, or from afar.
What to Expect
B’Chic stock clothing from a variety of fantastic suppliers and cater to a range of tastes with sizes ranging from sizes 8 to 26.
Currently, B’chic have garments from Alice Collins, Anonymous, Jessica Graaf, Kate and Pippa, Melissa J, Pomodoro, and Praslin amongst others. With Spring/Summer items arriving every week, the team are always excited to see the new garments, sometimes trying them out themselves to become more informed for their customers.
In store, you’ll find a spacious and comfortable changing room to allow customers to try items on to gauge the look and fit of the garment. The ladies are on-hand and happy to assist with alternative sizes or styles if necessary and share their advice when asked.

“We very much welcome the input of customers to get a feel for what we might stock in future. Part of the individualised touch that we can offer is to keep items aside, order in specific items where possible and keep customers informed of restocked items.
